Thanks for using Matching Day. Our mission is to build the world's largest network of Intended Parents (“IPs”, “IP”).
Matching Day is a platform for Intended Parents, Agencies, and Consultants in the Surrogacy industry. Our core feature helps IPs build their profile and make it easily available online. We also help Surrogacy Agencies and Surrogacy Consultants build profiles for their clients and share those profiles online. It’s important to know that Matching Day is not a matching service; we do not match IPs with Surrogates, nor do we arrange introductions.
Matching Day is a platform and a brand that’s owned and operated by 10 Hour Labs Inc. (“10HL”, “us”, “we”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by 10HL. By clicking your consent (e.g. “Continue,” “Sign-in,” or “Sign-up,”) or by using our Services, you agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in the Resolving Disputes; Binding Arbitration Section.
