Summary

We are strong believers in straightforward and honest communication, so we've provided this brief summary to help you understand this Affiliate agreement. This summary is not meant to replace the actual agreement and does not fully cover all the details of the agreement. We expect you to still read the full agreement.

  1. Overview: The Program's purpose is to enable you to refer intended parents to Matching Day using a unique trackable code. This system allows us to confirm the intended parents you refer, ensuring accurate commission payments to you. Our commission structure is designed to reward your efforts when a subscription results in successful payments.
  2. Affiliate code: You will receive a unique affiliate code upon acceptance into the program. Intended parents enter this code into our system when they are subscribing. This code is used by our system for identifying the intended parents associated with you for commission calculation purposes.
  3. Your commission percentage: You earn 15% commission on each payment made by each of your intended parents.
  4. Commission amount: Your commission amount ****is calculated based on the actual payment amount we collect; the details of this are explained further in this agreement. For example, sometimes payment amounts change because of discounts, promos or refunds and the amount of your commission will adjust similarly.
  5. Commission payment schedule: We make commission payments monthly or once your total commission payout is over $100 CAD.
  6. Commission currency: Because we operate globally it is important for us that we determine the currency in which we pay your commission.  Also, and when necessary, we will determine the applicable conversion rate.
  7. Contractor status: Affiliates are independent contractors. If you are unsure of the implications of this please let us know and we will help you understand it further.
  8. Quebec exclusion: Commission cannot be earned for subscriptions made by Intended Parents from Quebec, Canada.
  9. Changes: We may periodically update these terms. If we do, we’ll let you know. Your continued use of the program means you’ve consented to these updates.
  10. 10 Hour Labs Inc.: Matching Day is owned and operated by the company 10 Hour Labs Inc. and is one of the names we operate under. 10 Hour Labs Inc. is a registered company in Canada with an office in Woodstock, Ontario. As an affiliate, your agreement will be between you and 10 Hour Labs Inc.
  11. Termination: Either party may terminate at any time with or without cause.
